With 37 years in practice, I bring years of experience to my work, rooted in Traditional Asian Medicine as a Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. My journey has also included critical roles as an EMT on both ambulance and hospital settings, providing a deep understanding of urgent care, acute trauma and conventional medicine. As a single mom who raised two amazing sons, I've personally navigated life's complexities and challenges. Today, I combine these foundational experiences with my informed trauma coaching practice, certified and specialized in dissociative disorders. My approach is integrative, drawing on diverse modalities to address and help heal emotional, mental and physical pain.

I was in such intense pain and can not handle pain medicine well, so I
